Estate Planning
When estate planning isn't crafted by design, it will be handled by default. If an Arizona resident dies without a valid will or trust, any assets in his or her estate will be distributed in accordance with Arizona’s laws of intestate succession. Unfortunately, in such case, who the state appoints as the personal representative and which family members receive assets may or may not bear any relation to the wishes of the decedent.
Wright & Yonan understands the importance of effective estate planning and the impact that it can have on you and your loved ones. Our firm assists individuals and families in developing comprehensive, yet cost-effective, estate plans in a thoughtful and compassionate manner. Wright and Yonan routinely creates a wide range of standard estate planning instruments for its clients, including:
- Wills
- Trusts
- Living Wills (Advance Directives)
- Medical Durable Powers of Attorney
- Financial Durable Powers of Attorney
For more information, or to schedule a consultation with one of our firm’s estate planning attorneys, please contact Nathan Wright or Mark Yonan at (520) 512-5444.
