Wright & Yonan’s real estate and commercial finance team
has extensive experience representing borrowers and
lenders in structuring, negotiating and documenting
commercial and real estate financing transactions,
including acquisition and development financing,
construction lending, asset-based lending, purchase money
financing, permanent loans, and warehouse financing. We
have participated in the financing transactions for
high-rise office buildings, master planned communities,
shopping centers, hotels, golf courses, mixed-use
facilities, and aircraft. We also represent borrowers and
lenders in connection with loan workouts and
restructurings, non-judicial deed of trust sales,
foreclosures and deed-in-lieu of foreclosure transactions.
